- Create an “ONSS” folder on the root level of the project folder (if one doesn’t already exist, there should be only one)
- Inside the ONSS folder, create a new folder with the full Sales Order number pertaining to your visit, i.e. “SO-70024630”
- You cannot create an SO folder with “SO-700XXXXX” as the name, you must have a valid Sales Order number
- Place all of your visit info (reports, notes, show files etc.) in the root of your SO# folder
- If you have a large number of photos / videos, then place them inside a sub folder called “photos” “videos” or “photos and videos”
REPORT NOTES -
Page 1 will be the high level information that can be extracted into a external job report.
• This page will continue to include the Project Basics: Project information, dates, contacts, visit type and purpose.
• The balance of the first page will be amended to include a the Purpose of Visit and Conclusion. The conclusion must be concrete statements. For example: fixtures addressed. Controller Programmed. System operational. Return visit required. Action by contractor or Lumenpulse required.
• Action Items Required By Lumenpulse -- this will be where we identify the need for RGA's, more programming, additional training, further troubleshooting, upfront replacements. If these items pertain to RGA's or upfront replacements we need to be specific with quantity and product codes so the information is crystal clear to Inside Sales, RSM's and Directors
• Action Items Required by Others -- this will be where we identify the installer or electrical contractor to finalize work, make corrective actions. This is where we need to be specific of fixture locations and types and quantities so it is crystal clear the everyone that there is an expectation that an action is required by another project entity not Lumenpulse.
Page 2+ will be the details of the report
• This will be the day by day descriptions and tasks and work performed.
